PRODUCT: Translator's Advanced Resource Editor is now
available. This greatly improves a translator's ability
to localize string tables while not harming the integrity of
the resource file. (i.e. can't break your code)

4.0 Released: A handful of minor bug fixes have been
incorporated into the 4.0 release. The most notable fix is
proper handling of project files that reside in a subdirectory
under the directory containing the VBP file. (a somewhat
uncommon situation)
